Smart View Error Message after Updates
Hello,
yesterday we updated Excel from 2003 to 2007 and also updated the Smart View to 9.3.1.7.00.031 on our terminal server.
Now we have problems to connect to the hfmofficeprovider.
Smart View message: "Cannot connect to provider. Make sure it is running in the specified host/port. Error (12057)"
Locally in our LAN it works fine. Just from the TS it doesn't.
Do you have any idea, what goes wrong?
We just updates Excel and Smart View. We changed nothing in the HFM environment.
