HRMS - Accrual Plans changing holiday year Apr to Mar
We are changing our Holiday year from 'Jan to Dec' to 'Apr to Mar'. So this current year will run for 15 months i.e. Jan 11 to Mar 12 . And then will run from Apr to Mar after that.
Our accrual Plans are currently set up to run from Jan to Dec . We need to extend the Holiday to 15 months with an additional 6 days . And then to the new 12 moth period (Apr to Mar)
Also where are the accrual balances for individuals stored ? As i will need to transfer these to the new accrual plan when they get assigned to the 15 month accrual plan. currently everyone is on 12 month plan (jan to Dec)
