Timeout or failover to go from LDAP to TNSNAMES in sqlnet.ora

Hi!
We are using LDAP (OID) for our connections. The problem is if the OID becomes unavailable.

The connections tries to connect using the OID (LDAP) for minutes.

Is there a way to set the failover for this to something like 15s or something (LDAP -> TNSNAMES)?
