shutdown and startup procedures for EBS integrated with Agile through AIA/PIP 3.1

Hi All,
I have and ebs instance running on 11.5.10.2 integrated to Agile through AIA/PIP 3.1.
Can anybody plesae tell me the shutdown and startup procedure to follow in such kind of environment.
