Version name does not display correctly in OMW.

We are in the process of upgrading from Xe to 9.0. We are TR 8.98.4.3, iSeries  V7R1(Deployment, Database and iSeries Client are all the same version),Webshpere Express V6.1, the box is running Windows XP and the domain group has local admin rights. I setup Development Clients for our consultants to access OMW, but I am having some issues with these boxes. When they place a object/version in a project the version name will not display the actual name but shows “Objects does not exist”.  I can sign into my Development Client with the same setup (using a test profile with the same roles as the consultants) view their projects and can see the version name. It seems like a windows setting that I am missing, or some other Windows configuration.
