AGIS transactions upgrade

Hi All,

My customer has just upgraded to 12.1.3 from 11.5.10.2.

Query is regaring upgrade behaviour of AGIS transactions

The GIS transactions in 11.5.10  have 4 account booking lines each with one clearing account line summary in sender and receipient org.When upgrading into AGIS, it has upgraded only 2 summary lines with the clearing  accounts only (one each in sender and receipent)

I checked funupgtrx.sql as well. It is only inserting Clearing CCID lines into FUN_DIST_LINES

Will the AGIS upgrade only migrate clearing account lines in sender and receipent and not all the other account bookings? Is this intended functionality? If yes, what is the business reason
