Multiple Sheets in Workbook with Web ADI Template(s)

Our accountants create additional sheets in a workbook that contains a Web ADI template used to upload GL Journals.  These additional sheets contain support detail to validate the data to be uploaded into GL.  They may also create links to/from the data fields on the template.  Might any of this cause problems with our ability to upload journals?  We occasionaly get errors (i.e. "Unable to connect to server") and the flag sometimes does not automatically set when data is changed.

I also recently noticed that some workbooks may contain two or more Web ADI templates.  Might the embedded macros in these templates be getting "confused" and cause some of the upload problems mentioned above?
