Duplicate entries in fault coverage document

Hi, all,
Seems each message ID in the fault coverage document has two entries with different rule name.

For example:

Rule Name                                                         Source    Product       Knowledge Link      Description
ILOM FDD - Xxx7x - SPX86-8001-DD                iLOM       X4270M2    SPX86-8001-DD      Memory Channel Fault
...
ILOM_Diagnosed - SPX86-8001-DD - Xxx7x     iLOM       X4270M2    SPX86-8001-DD      Memory Channel Fault

Could anyone explain what's the difference between the two rule names?
