Report Usage

Does E1 have a report or application that can tell you how often a report is used, when the last time it was ran, and by who?  I know you can search the job queue but if someone has deleted the print job, etc. it would not pull up. We want to go through and remove and consolidate reporting where we can but are having a difficult time in identifing who might be the user of the report or if it is even being used.
