PAY: Fitness Center element setup
The attached was uploaded for “Fitness Center “element screen shot. We have issue on the third pay on 09/30/11, “Fitness Center” was deducted from NE colleagues’ pay. This was the third pay of the month and should not have been deducted.
First pay: (08/12/2011 – 09/03/2011) deducted correct
Second pay: (09/04/2011 – 09/17/2011) deducted correct
Third pay: (09/18/2011 -10/01/2011) should not have been deducted but deducted (wrong)
I have checked the ``Element Description`` and ``Deduction`` and both locations show a frequency of 1st and 2nd pay only.
We are in R12. Please advice,
