Open Enrollment Director Text fields uneditable this year - E1 v 9.0

Started reviewing our Open Enrollment director text this year and found that somehow they have become uneditable. Since we recently had a tools upgrade, I am assuming this had something to do with this change.  Nothing else with the P05400 app has changed since last year's open enrollment. For some reason the system does not like the HTML <BR> tags.  Oracle has a fix in version 9.1, but what are we to do in the meantime?

Here is what we did. 

  1. Retrieve the director text screen and right click to View the source code 
  2. Copy and save the part of the source code that has the text you want to see on the OE flows in a separate notepad file.
