underscore init parameters

I recently did a database upgrade to 11.2 for an 11i database in which I disabled all the underscore init parameters as recommended. Now I started the R12 upgrade but did not put the underscore init parameters back prior to the upgrade. I am wondering if I will face some issue specially is the _system_trig_enabled init parameter needed?
