Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to create a custom Integrator

I am not able to create a custom integrator with Importer Options using the desktop integration Manager responsibility in 12.1.3

I get the error " Unexpected Error Occurred ... "

Can someone please see the attached and let me know where I am missing the steps ??
