Planning Data Pull fails with an error

HI Planning Experts,
We have an issue with daily supply plan refresh.
The custom request set and even the standard collection are failing with below message:

Staging tables' data is not collected. Please submit the request - Planning ODS LOAD.


We had a table space issue last night (ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'APPS_UNDOTS1' ) following which our DBA has extended APPS_UNDOTS1to greater size.
Ever since our DBA has done this, the refresh request is failing with above error and not starting any refresh collection snapshot on source system.


Ours is a de-centralised system with Source on 11i and planning running on R12.
