PSI ITD cost is not matching up to actual cost on budget reports?

Our PSI view of life to date actual cost does not match up to the actual costs acculated on the expenditure inquiry screen. Where the PSI screen used to show the raw cost it it now showing only burdened costing?

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?
