IR ISO altering the ordered quantity

Hi,

I'm in 11.5.10 and I would like to alter the shipment quantity in the sales order line for an internal sales order. I would like to add more quantities . I'm able to to partial shipments . I would like to ship more quantities. Is it possible ?

In R12 i understand from the guide it is possible to alter the shipment quantity ? Do I need to change some processing constraints for me to do over shipment if in R12?
