Siebel eAdvisor and needs assessment

Hi -  Has anyone used Siebel eAdvisor tool? We've needs assessment requirements in our Quote area where based on use needs (Q & A) users need to be presented with appropriate products.

I was looking at Siebel eAdvisor and looks like this product meets our need. Is anyone using this product? I was trying it on Sample database but looks like there is some bug.

Appreciate any input on this.
