10.2.0.5 upgrade to 11.2.0.1 on Windows 2008 r2

Hello,

I am in the process of manually upgrading an instance from 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.1 and I thought things were going along nicely until I ran the utlu112s.sql script after the actual upgrade script was run.  This is the output.
