Mass Change Asset Records - Inventory

Looking for the best, fastest way.....smile.

We are doing asset cycle counts.  We need to update three fields in our database to reflect the current location sector (Resp), last sighting date, and the Physical location .  I have them on a Excel file but don't know how to get them uploaded in batch.  So far, I have 240 assets and that is just the tip of the ice berg.  Any directions would be appreciated.
