Siebel In Place upgrade - IBM DB2 on z/OS

I wanted to find out for an "In Place" Siebel upgrade from 8.0.0.x to 8.1.1.5/6 we are not planning to have separate hardware for the Siebel Gateway/Enterprise/Siebel servers. I wanted to know if there are any issues in installing Siebel 8.1.1.5 on the same servers that are currently running the Siebel 8.0 application?

Another clarification that I am looking for is around running the DB Configuration Wizard step, while installing the Siebel 8.1.1.x software, since the sequence for installation has changed in Siebel 8.1.1 to run the DB configuration wizard prior to installing the Siebel servers.
