ER Cost of Benfits on W2
According to the Affordable Care Act, starting in 2012 employers will be required to report the cost of health coverage under an employer-sponsored group health plan on an employee’s W-2. What is Oracle’s recommendation for setting up a DBAs to track this so that it shows up on the 2012 W-2 in Box 12 with a code of DD?

I’m planning on setting up a benefit DBA with a flat amount (no effect on the GL) and then add that to our medical plan in the ER Paid Benefit (SDBA) field.
