Upload Validated Rows

Wanted to know if there is a way to upload rows which are validated even though some rows in the template are invalid.

Currently we see that standard and or custom integrators in WEB ADI , do the upload ONLY if all the rows pass validations. If even one of them fails validations, ALL of them will not be uploaded. So assume you had 1000 records and only 3 failed validation, all the remaining 997 rows will also not be uploaded .

I wanted to know if there is any way such that if a record is validated it is uploaded without depending on the validation outcome of other rows in the template.
