Responsibilites missing menu and functions

We are going for R12.1.3 upgrade from 11i but in case of repsonsilbities some of menu or functions are missing.

So is there any document or approach we can check all profiles from 11i and R12

Also couple of menu's has been changeds how to find the same

I will appreciate if somebody can thorw some light
