when-create-record trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502

 Dear Experts
This is Haider. I am facing a problem while entering an invoice in AR and the same problem is occurring when i am creating Auto Accounting Rules. 


"when-create-record trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502"

And when i am trying to setup financial option for AR then an error occurs that

 "Financial Options for Operating Unit has already been defined" 


Please tell me the solution. Looking for reply.
