Max size of datafile

Hi!
I know that with our current block size our datafiles can be 32GB.

When I create a new datafile and set maxsize to unlimited: will this have any impact, I guess the datafile can only be 32GB any ways, as this is an block restriction?

There is no danger in setting the maxsize to unlimited if I have the 32GB available on disk?
