GL Consolidation - Common Stock & Transformation Rules and Financial Items function is not availabl

Hi
In case of 11i under setup for consolidation Common Stock & Transformation Rule menus were there  those menus are not available in R12. Is there any new menu or net functionality provided.

Also Financial Items function  & Analyzer Reports  was existing  but its not there in R12
Please let me know about the same,
