Change Account status based on Opportunity status
I have requirement to update Account status to "Cutomer" when Opportunity status becomes "Closed/Won". I have gone through various forums and discussion and understand that in CRM on demand we have capture the Opportunity status change event and put it in integration event queue and read the queue and update the Account.
I am new to CRM on demand and don't have any idea, how to read the event queue and update the Account field. Can anyone help me in understanding how to read event queue and process other records types based on queue output?
