Very strange aaccounting not found

Hi,
I made a payment and create accounting,the accounting status of payment workbench is PROCESSED,while in view accounting there is no journal lines and no transfer to gl,again i run create accounting program with transfer to gl but the result is NIL.The issue is occurred only one payment and all the payments are accounted and transfer to GL.

May i know why subledger accounting is not showing accounting entries?
