Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to cancel the sales order of status awaiting shipping.

Hi I want to cancle the sales order line, whenever i try to make quantity 0 and save.

sysem shows message

"Ordered Quantity, supply picture has been updated, A discribance exist between sales order and its corresponding internal requisition.

Can anybody help me how to cancle the sales order line.
