Automatic Standard PO creation

Hi,

I would like to auto create standard PO from a manually entered requisition . I would like to enter the supplier and site details manually ..However my source document is a catalog quote(Catalog or Standard Quotation)...I have set all the workflow attributes

Allow automatic creation to yes

Allow Auto approval to yes.

 How can I create a Standard PO automatcically approved. I do not want to use Sourcing rule and ASL.
