Track CRV - Collection and Payment

I have a requirement about CRV (California Redemption Value  or Bottle tax charged in CA).

Scenario:

We deal with plastic bottles and cans, while selling the bottle or can we have to charge CRV from our customers i.e. $$ amount per unit sold.  CRV per unit amount will change based on the type of bottle sold and State authorities will determine the rate to be charged in respective state.  CRV charged to the customer should be printed on the Invoice that we are sending to the customer. Some companies can get an exemption letter from respective state authorities, so we should not charge those customers; and all these customers are exempt from regular sales tax.
