Deleting Account and Contact Team members

Hello all, We have many Inactive CRMOD users and would like to remove them from the Account and Contact Teams that they have been assigned to.  What is the best way to remove these users from all Accounts Teams and Contacts Teams?  We do not use Team Assignment.  Thanks, Greg.
