Dual power feed option on M5000

I have a customer that wants to know what the pros/cons of the Dual power feed enable/disable are. The environment is dual power in with ps0 and 2 on one phase 1 and 3 on the other. 220 Volts. The available documentation shows the option but no benefit of one or the other. The reason for the question is that a system power off occured beccause accidently ps 2 and 3 lost AC power in. thanks
