AP Positive Pay and Copy Bank File to Tape

Has anyone found a way to get a Transmission Header Record on the AP Positive Pay file from JD Edwards when process Generate Positive Pay File?  Also, on the Copy Bank File to Tape a way to get the Transmission Header Record?

We switched banks and working to get this all out of JD Edwards rather than having to access the AS400 system to run a process.
