Archivelog backup and deletion Automation using RMAN

Hi guys,


   I would like to set archive log backup to tape drive for every 8 hours(only 8 hours archive log should be retained in the system) should be done automatically and also delete the backed up archive log in the system, since we have more than 80 databases where system engineers provided us only 4 tape driver for RMAN backup, hence after the 8 hour backup to the tape drive using no of channels could be few DB archivelog backup completed then after 30 minutes the same RMAN should connect to the rest of the DB and start backing up
