How to catch exceptions raised from "Configurator Session Service" and "Remote Complex Object Instan

Is there any way to catch the errors raised from "Configurator Session Service" and "Remote Complex Object Instance Service" BSs? For example this error:

The customer was able to catch them by doing the following, but they want to know if there is any other way:

1) Copied the "Configurator Session Service" and "Remote Complex Object Instance Service"
