PR approver edit requisition

We have never allowed the Approver to edit the requisition. Currently we want to change our setup to allow the "Approver to modify"

Does anyone knows, when the Approver  Edit the Requisition, will the requestor be informed or notified that the Requisition is modified.

If Yes, what modification will be notified. eg. Quantity change or allocation code changes.
