Connect via dblink always error ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Hello
ORACLE MASTER ALL


I need your help for my problem. Iam already create cblink on 11G R2 connect to Oracle 8.1.7.0 . Dblink succesfully create but i cannot use it to select or any other operation because when execute simple query like
"select vnrp from hrd00_general_datas@OPRSRI;" it always return error ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel. 

Hai Oracle Master that very kind , How to solve above problem ..?? pleasee
