Cannot resize a WebADI dialog box

Does anyone know how to enable resizing of dialog boxes in Excel?

When using LoVs within WebADI, a dialog box pops up with the values to select. This box appears to be a fixed size. There is a scrollbar along the bottom to scroll over but clicking and dragging the bottom right corner doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's an ADI or Excel setting. It is happening for every template.

How can this be enabled?
