How to Create Labor Transactions from Time entered in OTL?

Hi,

I have created a Timesheet for a Capital Project in OTL, I approved the timesheet and run the PRC: Distribute Labor Costs from Projects module but didn't process anything.

Which definitions I have to check to create the transaction from the entered time in OTL?
