One patch works in all instances but fails in just one instance

Hi All,

We have a issue here.One of our patch '6873506 Unique Constraint On Territory Name' works in all instance which we have namely G2CDEV,DV3G2C,TS5G2C,TS4G2C but it doesn't work in G2CSTG instance.Can you quickly put some light on why this is happening.
