Maintenance Wizard configuration issue

 Hi All,

We need to upgrade 11i to R 12 using easy upgrade option.

Maintenance Wizard is installed on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 5) with 10.2.0.4 DB. And 11i is running under Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 2) with 9.2.0 DB.

 Open ssh is working fine .While configuring Maintenance Wizard for upgrade we are getting the following error. Please any suggestion or solution for this issue.

ERROR:std .err had output:

cat:/u01/applmgr/applprod/admin/PROD-erpapps.xml :No such file or directory

 error : std .err had output: - Location 5

...ERROR:0 bytes downloaded ,applmgr may not have the permission to read config file u01/applmgr/applprod/admin/PROD-erpapps.xml
