Oracle EBS 12.0.4 New Install - Not able to run Forms

Hi,

I made a Fresh Installation of Oracle EBS R 12.0.4 on RH Linux 4.4. Installation succeeded without any issues. I am able to login to the application as SYSADMIN and see the Responsibilities but None of the Forms are opening. No errors and nothing. I enabled Java Console but nothing happens. I checked note:Note 389422.1, Recommended Browsers for Oracle Applications 12.

Do I need to do some additional steps after a new R12 install?
