Regarding database compatibility issue

I tried to search this in the certification tab from this site, but wasn't clear with the results.

We are in the process of deciding whether we are going with windows 2008 or 2008R2 server. I want to find out what version of oracle client will be compatible with each server. The server is going to be in 64 bit. However, I do need the software to be 32 bit. Seems like oracle 11g client will not have in 32 bit version for 2008R2. But Oracle client version 10.2.0.3 above will have 32 bit available to run with windows 2008. Is this about right? I usually only get the client CD that oracle sent us and this usually is
