R3411 - OP Message Processing with Blanket Order Release

Performing testing and evaluation of P3411 and R3411 Detail Message Processing for OP Messages with Blanket PO Release. Client has condition where more than one Blanket PO (OB) exists for an item - think a 2011 blanket, and a 2012 blanket. When multiple OB's exist, the P3411 works perfectly, the P43216 Blanket Release is called, the blanket is selected and released, and the PO is created with the Associated Order information correctly populated.
