Oracle Critical Patch Update October 2011

Hi,

We are running 10.2.0.4 databases. I was trying to download the Oracle Critical Patch Update October 2011 12828112 but I got message "ou do not have privileges to download Extended Support". ches. The classification of the Patch is 'Security'.  Can you please tell how can I download this patch.
