When was GFS de-certified for RAC

I attempted creating a single node RAC on my F14 box.  OCFS2 doesn't work on F14, F14 doesn't have raw devices, so I can't do ASM and I decided to try with GFS2. GFS2 was easy enough to configure and install, but Grid installer refused to put  OCR and voting disk on it. I know from the experience with CentOS 5.6 that it works but I didn't want to install CentOS just because of RAC. I know that GFS was certified for Oracle 10g RAC and it doesn't seem to be working for 11g.  I don't have shared storage, it's
