Html page of customer support needs the same function with its form page

Hi,

  in oracle R12.1.2, Html page of Agent Dashboard in Customer Support Specialist,tab of task page is not considering the

Parts and debrief function entrance. but the form page of service request in customer support has.In order to make same with

the form page function，we need the Parts and Debrief function in the html page。

I have other 3 questions:

1.how to control the parts and debrief buttion enabled or not  by task type in the Form page?

2.through the parts button,can access to the form page of Parts requirement,how can i access to the html page of Parts requirement by the button?Is there having a profile to control?
