Grants missing after datapump import

Hi!
I have a user that are missing GRANTS after a datapump import (from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2).

These are:  
GRANT SELECT ON SYS.DBA_OBJECTS TO user1;
GRANT SELECT ON SYS.DBA_ROLES TO user1;
GRANT SELECT ON SYS.DBA_USERS TO user1;

Why are the GRANTS not exported correctly?
