addisctl.sh version 115.15 getting error

 Hi all,


After executing the addisctl.sh script i was getting the status and error as below


The script result is:

/u01/PROD/applprod/prodcomn/admin/scripts/PROD_fr-dc1-apps-01/addisctl.sh start
script returned:

OAD is stopped
Osagent is stopped
